2. General Policy

As a standard practice, we do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or delivered.

3. Exceptions – Pro-Rata Refunds

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of work completed. This applies only when:

  • The client raises a valid concern regarding service delivery or performance.

  • The scope of the work has not been fully executed.

  • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please write to us at info@littleabsmarketing.in with your service details, invoice copy, and reason for the refund.

Our team will review the request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
